I was hoping to see something else, but it was sold out, so I ended up watching this stupid prison movie called um. the Shawshank Redemption. In truth, the movie turned out to be very good, and I have watched it over the years, until something happened to me. Question: Have you ever found yourself trapped in some form of a prison in life that seems as if the prison is impossible to escape despite your earnest straightforward efforts to proclaim your innocence, that you deserve another chance out there to live your life before something grabs hold of you, trapping you, and if you fail to prepare a plan, even if it takes years, its certainly better than simply marking time and waiting for the end, for in the end, a prison does have the ability to institutionalize you and make you crazy while at the same time, the prison makes it very likely that you will become infirm or dead for staying... and that's an execution of another kind, all by itself. And so, in order to have what you need if you escape, its necessary to accumulate enough to survive out there if you ever choose and do escape. I wasn't very interested in the religious connotations of it all. Why? Because some of the biggest thieves I know hide behind the notion of goodness via religion, so I don't buy it; show me by your actions. Meanwhile, I ordered the poster awhile back and got to work. All it took for me to want to leave was the way I had my own version of my Elvis type character. It was my optimism for an education to be a way out, but in the end, my education didn't matter. It all came down to me talking to the right people about the right things who gave me a way out of my personal Shawshank.
